Michelle was great when we were buying a home. When we needed to sell, she became a very different person, using dishonest and manipulative tactics. She snuck a 12-month non-compete form in (we’ve never seen one longer than 3 months, so didn’t read carefully), she forced thousands of dollars of maintenance tasks on to us, via hidden clauses in paperwork, that we felt were unnecessary, and was over all just very shady.
