J&M Pool Plastering was hired to fix a below pool deck leak and regrouting my spa stone caps and waterfall tier. They did an excellent job on these tasks and cleaned everything up well. Juan was extremely responsive and was the first to call me back when we were experiencing a significant below pool deck leak over Memorial Day weekend. 5 Stars – Highly Recommend! J&M Plaster did an outstanding job on our pool renovation. They installed new tile and plaster, fixed a long-standing leak, and reset the coping—all with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Communication through the process was great. The pool looks brand new! Highly recommend for anyone needing quality pool work.
J&M did plaster and coping in June 2024. While I was pleased with the initial work they failed to return calls about concerns and warranty issues. I’m very disappointed. I’m 70 and feel taken advantage of.
Now I’ve used J&M for the 2nd time to add a tanning deck, zero entry and built a ramp in the pool to make it completely wheelchair accessible. Check out the before and after pictures. They did an amazing job that was done faster, cheaper and better than their competitors. 1st set of pictures was a year ago when we updated our pool. 2nd set of pictures is when we made it wheelchair accessible. We just bought a new house with a pool and will be hiring J&M to make this pool wheelchair accessible and upgrade the plaster. Can’t w... read more
Juan is the best in business. His crews were friendly, helpful and did a great job replacing my plaster. They also answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the new plaster. I highly recommend J&M Pool service.
