J&M did plaster and coping in June 2024. While I was pleased with the initial work they failed to return calls about concerns and warranty issues. I’m very disappointed. I’m 70 and feel taken advantage of.
Now I’ve used J&M for the 2nd time to add a tanning deck, zero entry and built a ramp in the pool to make it completely wheelchair accessible. Check out the before and after pictures. They did an amazing job that was done faster, cheaper and better than their competitors. 1st set of pictures was a year ago when we updated our pool. 2nd set of pictures is when we made it wheelchair accessible. We just bought a new house with a pool and will be hiring J&M to make this pool wheelchair accessible and upgrade the plaster. Can’t w... read more
Juan is the best in business. His crews were friendly, helpful and did a great job replacing my plaster. They also answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the new plaster. I highly recommend J&M Pool service.
Juan did a fabulous job renovating our pool. He and his crew were very good and completed the job in record time. Highly recommend him.
J & M updated my entire pool and concrete deck. I can't believe it's the same backyard and pool. They replaced the coping, tile, replastered the stained pool and textured 600 sq ft of our deck changing the pebbled concrete to this beautiful colored textured deck. Very professional, gave us the best quote and did a fabulous job. Showing before and after pictures.
