I realized about 8:00 on a Monday morning that our heat was not coming on. I called and they sent out a technician by 2:15 that afternoon. Very pleased!
The technician arrived at my house a little early and was waiting until the specified time to notify me. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. Now I have heat! Thank you Steven! $160 seems like a lot to pay for a broken wire. But they came the same day I called, and knew exactly how to locate the problem and fix it. The technician was polite and got the job done quickly. Worth it!
