Replacing my old AC and gas furnace was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was friendly, prompt and courteous - from the first phone call to estimate, replacement recommendations, financing and installation. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use going forward!
Replaced a 60 year old oil furnace with new energy efficient one. Very professional crew and worked 7 hours straight! Very pleased with all aspects of installation.
Update: Had to replace my heat pump after years of service. They promptly did the job and Provided excellent service! Again, recommend their technicians!! Charlie and Stephen came out to repair my AC unit in my rental condo. I was not there, but my tenants told me that they were extremely nice and courteous. I was able to have them come out and replace the bad condenser the day after I called- they contacted the tenants and were extremely prompt. I think it was the owner who seemed genuinely interested in helping me after telling him my issues and what a previous company had done and advised. I was getting a second opinion. Travis arrived promptly and explained what he would do and went right to work. he found the problem immediately. I felt confident in having J M pollard move forward to do the work. All great so far!
