Called numerous times, left acouple voice-mails as well never got a call back not once.

They did a great job on a leak repair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a plumbing project or issue.
My elderly parents got charged 2 "service calls" ($100 each time) for one job in which the plumber had to come back two days later because he didn't have the right tool to do the job. He also charged $15 for a "travel fee" from Hotchkiss to Paonia. And $15 for a simple gasket, and then told them he "did the best he could" and that they need to replace all the pipes behind the shower enclosure to completely fix the leak.
