It's very rare i leave a bad review but when I feel like a company isn't honest with me I have to let others know. I choose this place because it was down the road from me and they could fit me in the next day to get my air con refilled. I couldn't wait to get it done! I find it very difficult driving in the heat it makes me feel ill. They said it would take about 20mins so I decided to wait i sat there talking to the owner and watching a mechanic work on my car though the window. Absolutely awful service. Never used to be like this. Won’t be using again. I have been using this garage for over 15 years and am very disappointed. They were supposed to fit a part today which was booked in over a week ago. They had my car all day and then late this afternoon they firstly said the part hadn’t turned up, then they changed their story and said it hadn’t actually been ordered.
