Spoke with Brenda and was impressed by how welcoming and informative she was. Even though it wasn’t a scheduled meeting, she took the time to clearly explain her role and how their services support potential clients. very poor experience, poor customer service, gave me more expensive insurance even though they had access to much better rates, and when I asked them about better rates, said there were not any.

My old trusted insurance agent whom I was with for many years died and this company J.M, bought out his book of business. I never had a choice in that that, hence they became my agents due to a tragedy. I had been happy with Erie for many years. Erie decided to drop this agency ( J.M Insurance agency) for whatever reason. I wanted to remain with Erie and found a new agent. I had multiple policies with Higgenbotham for a number of years, and unfortunately I never compared the rates they were charging me until recently. They were almost exactly double what other companies were for comparable coverage. I called them up to give them the opportunity to find more reasonably priced (at least not double the rate) options.....weeks went by and I never heard back from Keena, so I called again, and again and again. Finally, I simply called to cancel and took my business elsewhere.
