UPDATE - As I said below, the staff is wonderful. BUT after living in the home for about a year, who they use to build the home is absolutely terrible. It’s extremely cheap and everything is cheaply put together. They’re terrible with working with you if something goes wrong. The siding on the house is already falling apart and they won’t even come out to fix it (not j & m, who they use, 3rd party). I just wish they used somebody else. I have been working with Richard on designing a home. He has been extremely helpful from day one. Helping me design things the way I want, taking the time to show me several different models. His response time to any of my questions via email have been quick and timely. Will update once the house is completely designed and installed.
