She walked me through an on-site home that fit the description I was looking for, and provided several resources for me before I left. She put together a packet with homes in the price-range I’m looking for, as well as checklists for pre-site inspections and contact information for recommended contractors and lenders. Great experience and very good first impressions! 10/10 recommend.
