Staff was friendly looked at several homes unfortunately we can't do what we want to do so unable to buy anything
I wish I could give them negative stars. So unhappy with the whole process from buying to receiving the home and now even 4 years later more and more problems continue showing up. Most recently, two windows are leaking water from the top of the window frame in the living room. Bought a Clayton home that was to match a Marlette model, huge mistake. I tried working with the manufacturer dealers around my area and I just couldn’t get anywhere because of the prices were so outrageous so I drove all the way from grants Pass to Albany because they can beat the prices anywhere they’re great to work with And I can’t say enough great things about the delivery guy Ryan he is Amazing he went above and beyond for me not many people will go out of their way to save a tree that was planted by their husband that passed away.
