I spoke with John myself only briefly, but I had seen how he interacted with a family member. Grossly incompetent, disrespectful and I’d go as far to say unprofessional. Required council and I from what little correspondence was given, I encouraged them to go elsewhere. It’s also pretty sickening to see how John has been handling his social media accounts.
