I'm updating my review because I've had an opportunity to have J&M out a couple more times to do annual heating unit inspections. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Plus, if they don't answer when you call, they return your call immediately. They are respectful, taking care to clean up when they complete the job. I won't call anyone else!
Hands down the best service in the area!
The owner of this company got got his driver's license out of a cereal box. I called into the business to report poor driving on highway 41. Funny that the owner picked up and started putting the blame on us, after having cut us off multiple times. It makes sense why he chose the HEATING industry. Dude is a total hot head, don't recommend his services. Poor customer skills.
