Outstanding workmanship and professional, they came on time, they quickly diagnose my heat pump. They had the part that I needed in their truck, he replaced the defective part with a new part. I'm extremely happy with their work, they did a excellent job.
The service manager told me they would come look at my system and there would be no charge if they couldn’t fix it. The owner caught wind of what the service manager said and had the technician call me the morning he was supposed to show up and tell me they couldn’t do that. The service manager was out of office. Not a company of their word!
Unable to speak with a person in charge after 3 days and 2 technicians at my home. First one said he fixed it and I never got any cool air, but he said it was working. Called them the next day and another older gentleman came and said it was frozen up and would take 4 hours to unthaw and then it might work. 4 hours later I had to another certified HVac person and when they opened the door to my crawl space all the duct work was down and completely torn up. The A coil was full of dirt. Hopefully I can post pictures. The two t... read more
