Joe Hayes did a fabulous job updating the kitchen in my previous home, especially when you consider the house was built in the 1870s. In building in the cabinets and appliances, he solved a myriad of problems that occur when a house has undergone years of aging—sagging floors (inches lost over short distances), corners not quite at right angles and spaces not quite up to contemporary needs. Don't trust him! I waited a almost a year for him to get back to me on start date for a simple painting project. I had to walk away after feeling completely humiliated. Make sure your project is big enough otherwise he will blow you off too.
