Traveling to NM and got a flat on horse trailer. Came to J&M she was nothing but the kindest person and very knowledgeable. She finished up on what she was doing and got me in. Prices are great. I will be passing through tomorrow and stopping to get two more tires put on. Customer service and Professional at all levels. She is honest with her customers if she can or can’t get to them right away. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Really bad customer service, she told me she was really busy and couldn’t tell me when she could repair a flat tire !
This place was fantastic. There are not many tire places in Van Horn and she gave us a fair price, fixed us up very quickly and importantly, explained every thing that she was doing. I was impressed with her expertise. This is the best option if you have tire problems in Van Horn.
Lovely lady checked my tire, made sure there was not a slow leak then checked pressure on all tires. Expert service.
