First I'd like to start by saying the repaving on K16 looks good. My issue is with time management and the road crew onsite. I've had their guys jump in front of my car because they didn't want to let me get in line to drive a mile to my house and have had their guys pee beside their pilot truck in front of my house and leave their lunch trash where they were parked at on my property.
