I recently encountered this company under a contract through the city. They picked everything that the city refused to pick up and placed it in my yard. They refuse to remove the items and deny accountability. Though I watched them pile the trash up on the side of my house and was able to obtain the names of Doug and Chilli Palmer. When I requested them to remove the items they claim they aren't responsible and nobody in the area on that contract is listed under those names.
