Did work for some friends and they OVERcharged hours. 1. Did not inform them an apprentice would be with them and they would pay for him also. 2. Charged them 2 hours for a 10 min drin min 15 min drive max to the resident. 3, Job was a 15 to 20 min job and they took about 50 min. This job was a quicky fix. When our friends called they only took 1/2 an hour off the bill. Materials used was around .50 cents. Bill was around $350. With there rate per hour it should have been $200 and that is generous. Called for a quote on an electrical outlet install, he asked me a question about the circuit. I responded I don’t know and he said then I can’t give you a quote and hung up on me. Guess you have to be an electrician to speak to him.
