This contractor, sub contracted some work for Homeland Water company at 108 waybrook drive in Anderson County. The subcontracters replaced some water lines and meters on Waybrook drive back in November around the 30th. My husband and I hit an unmarked, not posted, Massive hole they dug to replace those meters, they neglected to cover it properly or cone the work section off.
