Jason and his team were incredible. This was the first time I called them for service on my underground sprinkler system. They called me back within the next day !!!, scheduled an appointnent , provided a detailed estimate, and showed up on time for the work as scheduled. I had a cracked irrigation pipe due to a heavy bird-of-paradise plant growing above it. The Baker company repaired it but it cracked again in a few months. I contacted Mr Baker by e-mail and let him know that I was concerned about the second repair cracking again due to the plant above it. Corey Baker called me and made an appointment to survey my problem and make a plan to prevent the pipes from cracking again.
