I had been facing an issue with my new chain set for the past two months. Manager Sir listened to my concern very patiently, understood the issue properly, and took it seriously. He personally made sure that the problem was resolved and arranged a new chain set for me. I really appreciate his helpful and supportive nature. My chain set was only two months old, and I had taken good care of it, yet a noise problem cropped up; and now they telling me to get the chain set reinstalled—as if money grows on trees for us. #(J M bajaj) band krde bhai isko ya staff change krle.

This is the worst service center. They installed a new chain set on my bike, but it started making noise just two months later, even though I had maintained it very carefully. Whenever I go back to them, they just apply some chain lube and claim the noise won't return. Useless people—a terrible service center.
