I’m very happy we chose J&M Auto to make body repairs for our 2005 Nissan Exterra. Their level of professionalism and resourcefulness really helped us out repairing our old but perfectly running 2005 Nissan Exterra. We had a hit and run situation while it was parked and our insurance company wanted to total it. J&M’s manager Esmeralda worked with our insurance company, found hard to find after market parts to make the repairs and kept the costs down so we wouldn’t have to total the vehicle. Man if I can give 10 stars I would! If you’re looking for an auto body shop for small or big damage J&am are the ones. This is the second time I come to them for damage to one of my cars. And every time they do their very best to help me out! Thank you for always having a honest and trust worthy auto body shop!

This workshop is one of the worst I have visited, they only give you 30 days of time in case something is wrong and they do the work quickly but they do it by covering the gaps they make, they help you with the deductible but it costs you double after 30 days and they promised to use original parts and it turns out that they not only cover the damage, I returned a month and a half to notify the lady because I got covid at that time and nothing could be done because she made me sign that after 30 days one You cannot complain ... read more
