Purchased a truck here in October 2019. Paid for a warranty because we already know how it goes with used cars. The truck needs a lot of work that should be covered under the warranty, but when we went to get it fixed we found out that the warranty company did not have our truck in their system! We paid a lot of money for a warranty and don't have one. We have also been trying to get these people on the phone for 3 weeks now, and nothing. Dead silence. this dealership is NO LONGER located at the location, they have vacated over a year ago and not operating. There is a new dealership there at this time that does NOT have any connection with the previous operation.

*12/15 Title was not lost in the mail. The car note was paid off by J&M to Nextgear financial. Nextgear sent to the title to J&M on 9/30 and it was signed for. My temp tag has expired......again and no response. She refuses and o call Nextgear and request a duplicate title. It would take 5 minutes tops. *Mabeline texted me last night at 2:32am saying , “Hey, baby.” Sorry, Mabeline, wrong number! I am not your baby.
