Keith was amazing. I went in to get wheel bearing taken care of on the front end of the car. He made my wait comfortable for me and my son and kept me informed on everything going on with my vehicle and the things I needed to get worked on in the future. I will definitely return to this shop for my future car needs
I had multiple issues with my car. The driver window, a/c and wipers. And while I did wait a bit due to the number of customers before me, J&M really came though. Kind, thoughtful and experienced they solved it all. If you have any issues just talk to Keith he will help you out. Thanks again to all at J&M.
Mr. Keith was sooo nice, I’m from Atlanta and was In Fayetteville and my undercarriage on my car was falling down. I needed someone who could fix it before driving back to the city, I found his shop and he was so nice over the phone and as in person! Thank you so much for the kindness, if I ever need a good mechanic I will definitely use Mr. Keith!
I can not recommend these guys enough. I've told everyone about them since I discovered them a couple of years ago. They're friendly, honest, and are happy to explain what's actually going on with your car. And they don't talk down to women, which is rare in a garage.
