Came to give them 5 stars BEFORE i even picked my car back up after repairs. why? because they were exceptional over the phone. I was impressed at the simple fact that not only do they actually answer the phone right away, they listened to me ramble for 5 minutes about the issue with my daughters car and when i was out of breath, they simply said " we got you". i couldn't recommend this place more. they deserve more than 5 stars! i will be back, and i will recommend to any patient i have that needs work done. thank you for b... read more

Ralph was an absolute professional! He was accurate, fast and sympathetic to our issue. He and his guys fixed our car quickly and properly. We will be back again an again. After a bout of terrible mechanics, J n M really hit it out of the park for us!!!!! Thank you so much guys 😊
J&M has been servicing my Mom and Dad's cars for many years - they are always accommodating and very reasonably priced. My Mom had a dead car battery a few days ago on one of the coldest days of the year - AAA jumped her car, warmed it up, and she drove it right over to J&M. Mom said they were very busy, but they were able to fit her in and install a new battery for her. She is very thankful to J&M and so am I. Always great service - I highly recommend!
My engine blew the week before Christmas and the owner was very helpful with getting it fixed very quickly I appreciate how communicative they were with the prices and services needed. Also just super friendly and nice.
