Was traveling up to Albany when a snowstorm hit, my southern car was NOT equipped for it. After sliding around on the road and needing to get pulled out of snow, someone recommended a shop to me. I pulled into this one thinking it was the one I called- turns out it was not, but they immediately helped me out. He took my car for a quick spin and brought it in to see what was wrong. I can't thank this shop enough for getting me back on the road today. My car was jam packed with my belonging as I was making a move from Maryland to Maine and I had a no-crank situation after stoping at the I-88 rest area and was stuck there over 4 hours waiting for AAA to het me tower in a small but cold snowstorm. I called them first thing in the morning and they were willing to try their best for me right on the spot.
