Jaime is one of the best mechanics in the area, however, you need to watch out for Fred, the guy behind the counter. I have had multiple appointments that I have lost money for at work just to find they are “busy”. He never calls when he says he will and when he does he always has an attitude like he knows more than you, which is really annoying and unnecessary , something no one wants to deal with at a shop. Costing Jaime loyal customers.
My car’s exhaust was very loud, I first took it to Monro, the quote was almost $900, then everyone told me to try Jaime Scott’s. I couldn’t be happier! My car now sounds great at a fraction of my original quote. Thank you guys!!! Super fast and friendly!!!
