We had an issue with the electrical part of our gas range. I called J & M and Joe was quick to respond. He helped us trouble shoot over the phone and even located the part we may have needed. He was able to get it here within a day, if he had to. We were able to fix the issue, but would and will definitely be using J & M for all our future appliance needs!
Joe is amazing...a gem!! He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and fair. He thoroughly explained what he had to do and in doing so, he educated us! His type of customer service is rare these days. We highly recommend him!
He specializes in repairing older appliances. And I find that he knows the product extremely well and takes the time to do the best job possible to repair and restore the appliance.
Our Gas//Electric Range oven stopped heating. I called J&M Appliance late in the morning on 9/9. They were at our house at 2:00 and by 3:00 we had our oven back! Great service and professionalism. I am just glad they will be able to service this stove. I am regretting buying this model but I know J&M will be there when I need them!
