I have had a similar experience to Dillon's. The receptionist is the WORST!... EXTREMELY RUDE....and when I email or call, I never get a response. And when someone does answer my question, I don't ever get a straight answer. And they're never wrong! I too received several letters and notices from the IRS saying I owe when I was told that I would get a large refund. When I asked what's going on, I didn't get a call back for awhile....and when I did, he talked in circles and couldn't tell me why I wasn't getting the money that... read more
If I could leave a negative Review I would I went to this place to file my taxes for the year of 2023 it's now January 11th of 2024 an I have gotten nothing but irs notices an my business accounts are on hold I call them daily they just say they will call me back place is an absolute joke I hope no one ever has to deal with what I'm dealing with it's a nightmare!
Im looking to start a business and just needed advice and guidance. Will was the person I spoke with omg was he patient and helpful with me and so helpful. Definitely will be a client soon
