There were a few things that I did not appreciate about James the owner of J&M . HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE . He carried a attitude the whole while we was conducting business. THE WAY HE GO'S ABOUT PRICING YOU.. He stayed to bring $30 for him to get started on your lawn equipment. Which was no problem for me. So I brought him my chainsaw on a Monday and he stated that he do not work on weekends. He called me Monday morning and said that my chainsaw was fixed. That it will cost me $100 so bring him 70. Don't like to leave negative reviews but the owner is a con artist.. I brought my lawn mower to have him look over, to see what the problem was. I received a call saying it was done without saying how much it would be or the problem was. Picked it up starting my lawn mower and everything started to fall apart..received it back with bolts missing and straps used to hold together. Brought it back The next day and he told me somebody else must have mess with it since he did and it was less than 24 hours. And refuse to fix it. P... read more
