The very friendly receptionist took my order, and by the next business day they had already arrived and were ready for installation. I usually get my tires from Tirerack.com because they usually have the best prices. Loren tire was able to special order the Pirelli tires I needed for my wife's vehicle, $50 a piece cheaper than tirerack, and had them in the shop 4 hours later. Dropped her vehicle off this morning, the beyond friendly staff took the vehicle in, and as we were all off today, I told them no rush as others were waiting. Still had the job done perfectly. Had a tire blowout on our work truck on a Saturday morning, called in that morning and they had the tires we needed in stock and the truck was in and out of the shop promptly. Very efficient group with competitive pricing.
