I'm posting this because I cannot morally let this happen to anyone else. J lion GC construction LLC provided poor quality work. The roof repair they performed has "V" on the shingles on it. The laundry room they supposedly repaired leaked all over and I replaced the subfloor again as well as all the drywall they put up. A wind storm tore off some unknowingly rotted window trim on my 2nd floor giving the rain the perfect opportunity to pour into my walls and 1st floor ceilings. Elias was at my house in less than 30 minutes and the holes were covered in plastic soon after. He came back the next day to replace the trim and showed me other areas that the same problem was about to happen again. I’m not one to write reviews very often but couldn’t pass up this opportunity. I asked for a bid to replace some bad siding boards. Elias showed up with so much expertise and gave me the information and he find out all the plywood on back was very damaged and need to repair plywood and insulation and add new siding they professional and walking with me every day keeping me updated and work progress
Disappointing experience. I called and was greeted with a "Yeah" rather than a professional response. He then shared that he could stop by the house to help at 5pm that day. He didn't show but did text that he would make it at 7:30am the next day. Come 7:30am the next day, he didn't show and didn't respond to my texts or calls. Never heard from him again.
Team came out and replaced some. Ore damaged J Hardy siding…they are true artisans and deliver high quality…strongly recommend the job will get done right
