I visited the boutique and was disappointed that everyone was very rude. easy in the store for a good 20 minutes looking for help with some merchandise. not once did somebody ask if I needed help. I will not do business with them.
The return policy is ridiculous. Will not be going back!
the exchange or refund policy stinks. if I buy a gift there and I can't exchange it for the person I bought it for. that's bad business. and I use to be a Customer threat J Lillys but taking my money elsewhere. That's final. and I'm not the only person this has happened to. no recommendationto shop there from me. if anything I will let people know my experience. Good luck to J Lilly's and to any one taking a chance on trying to he a good Customer. it just don't happen.
tT bought a sweater and needed a different size. I had the tag and my receipt. The clerk (Barbara) was so rude! No refund, exchange or store credit. You just lost my business and a whole lot more!
