I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the experience my mother and I had at Dr. J. Leonard Dire’s office. My mother, who was recently hospitalized for several days due to COVID and cardiovascular issues, was extremely anxious about her follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, her nervousness was met with blatant rudeness and unprofessional behavior.
