BEWARE!!! Last year in 2024, I had went to this location previously to get a patch on a tire and another time again last year in October to get a tire pressure sensor on a tire after I was told by the Owner J. Le the tire had a bad sensor after he checked all 4 tires. Recently a message appeared on the dashboard of my car again about the tire pressure sensor , so I went back to this location thinking maybe I now needed a tire pressure sensor on another tire and again all 4 of my tires were checked by the Owner J. Drove up to the Chalmette location and was greeted immediately. Tech let me know right away what needed to be done and how much. Very quick very friendly service!
New lug and wheel install
Very poor customer service. I explain to the shop attendant I was basically a single mom of 2 due to my husband being away with the army. He said they had no used tires for my vehicle & quoted me $150 per tire. They were not reasonable nor did they ever try to help accommodate me. Instead of helping somone in need, they were too focused on making a sale. Mind you my husband picked this place for me to come to because he has been here before.
