Talked to them over the phone and explained I was looking for a new doctor for my orthopedic treatment since I had already been on Invisalign for over 5 years with someone else and still needed some works done, they said they would see me, arranged a consultation drove 40min to get to the office, filled out all the paperwork only for them to tell me they would not see me because they “Don’t do second opinions” or “Take patients with prior treatment.” Their XR machine was also down and they could only diagnose with pictures. ... read more

Been coming to Dr.Ladd since I was a kid. Always friendly and polite staff. It’s a small office with great people who always remember you. They make it fun to go to the dentist, & we all know that’s never fun! Thanks for being so amazing every time. Tuesday 6/2 was National love your dentist day, I have a few co-workers who have started going to Dr. Ladd also. We had a special note on our calendar just for him. That’s how much he means to us

I found Dr. Williams on line due to exceptional reviews. The reviews were absolutely accurate!! I had a 3 hour session & I did not feel a thing. I was awake the entire time calm & comfortable. I am so thrilled that I am getting the smile I have waited for! Dr. Williams & the entire staff are highly skilled, professional, kind & compassionate. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is what dentistry should be. If you are searching for the best you found them!
