We just took possession of our new home built by John and his team. We couldn’t be more happy with the entire process. Building a new home can be nerve wracking but not this time. John’s communication was second to none and even though we hope this is our last home if we were to do it again we would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone else thinking of building their forever home.
I cannot overstate how fantastic it has been to work with this company. Professional and exceptional. Not just John, Justin and their crew but my project also benefits from their excellent relationship with sub-contractors. This has been an absolutely positive experience when people expect construction projects (based on many experiences!) to run late and over budget. I highly recommend this builder/renovator. I am delighted with the results!
