I called Waller Roofing because some roofing tiles fell off and cracked/smashed other tiles on my roof. It looked and sounded expensive, when those tiles came crashing down! Mr. Waller came out, and gave a logical diagnosis of what might be wrong under the broken/smashed tiles, a timeline of how long it would take to get the job done AND when he would be available to do the job, a clear price range, from low to high, in his quote. We could not be happier with the service we received from Jim and his crew! He was professional and had excellent communication the whole way through. Each day of the project they were on time and cleaned up well...they even finished earlier than expected! Highly recommend!

If I had to score the JL Waller Roofing Company on a 1 to 10 scale I would give him an 11. I interviewed four companies before choosing him. Jim and I walked around my house. I told him my concerns, he listened carefully and sent me a bid . He included his workers comp and contractors license information. He and his men showed up in a timely manner. His men were considerate and cleaned up after each day. It was a pleasure working with him and I “highly” recommend him to anyone else looking to have their roof replaced.
