This was my first time at J&L, and what stuck out to me more than anything was the kindness of the staff. Yes, they got my tire patched quickly and for a reasonable price, but the staff treat one another and their customers with kindness and respect. This seems like the kind of place where people enjoy the work they do and customers are glad to bring their vehicles. I plan on sticking with these guys.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming especially Ken. They offered drinks and snack while I waited. The service was great and affordable!
Amazing customer service in Real fair prices
Exceptional service!!! I came in yesterday after getting a flat on the camper on our way to Kansas City. I received a friendly greeting from the gentleman behind the counter, I explained the situation and he said he would see what he could do to get me back on the road as soon as possible. All the techs at this location were busy, so he called the other location to see if they had time (we were driving right by there anyway).
