Beware of having mechanical work done here. They did an ineffective repair on my shifter leaving my wife stranded. They refused to cover the expense of the tow and made the claim that it was an unrelated problem (i.e. misdiagnosis). In addition, the office mgr (and company VP), Leah, stated that a tow ($120) would not be covered because the car was driveable (despite the ensuing $350 in further repairs). I've taken several vehicles to this Goodyear over about 10 years, and now take my son's car here, too. Leah, at the front desk is very helpful. Everyone I've met here is nice. I don't have a lot of money, and I can't always afford the repairs. Sometimes I just need to know if it's a fix I can do myself, but I'm always treated with respect. I don't feel like I've ever been taken advantage of or talked down to, which is why I will be a loyal customer. I really appreciate these guys.
I have been going to this goodyear for over 20 years. I have no problems referring my friends, family or co workers there. I know they will be treated fairly. It's not often you find a honest company to do business with. I agree with another review, the man & woman at the counter ALWAYS greet me, and are very efficent. I will be a loyal customer for life, because of the fair prices & great service.
this place has great service especially the lady at the front desk. very good at remembering previous conversations. courteous efficient knowledgeable very good at what she does. no I'm not a family member. I always feel like I've been treated fair and honest.
Very unorganized when it comes to managing time, mainly the lady at the front desk. But other than that they do great work.
