Units have a history of getting water inside them. I know first hand now because my unit had water inside ruining several items. Have since talked to other unit renters and they have the same problem. Owner knew of the water coming into the units (from snow and ice melting in the driveway) and did not notify any of the renters about the problem. If you have a need for a storage unit stay away from this one
