1 star is too many...where in the hell is my order? No tracking number offered,you tell me it's shipping from the West Coast,USPS priority Mail is a crock. It's been 2 weeks with a piss-poor,then no response to my emails. WTF? NEVER AGAIN
Been ordering from J&L since 2007. Orders have included expandable batons, side handle batons, kubatons, knives and mace. Most recently, I placed an order for a stun baton and mace for my Fiancee as a gift. Unfortunately, I did not read carefully and they will not ship stun batons to NY. A representative dutifully called me the following day and gingerly delivered the bad news.
