Very upsetting. Booking an appointment does not guarantee your appointment! Twice they've either overbooked or did not have the person available that I scheduled my treatment with. It's a terrible let down when you're ready for a massage and have scheduled your day around your treatment. The receptionist does not take responsibility for her mistakes and takes it out on the client. I will not be going back. Twice, shame on them.
