They repaired my fancy grad ring that I was told by multiple jewellers was not repairable and/or the cost to repair it was astronomical. JLR offered an extremely reasonable price to repair it. I can't thank them enough for restoring this piece to its original glory, the ring was broken for over 20 years, and I finally get to wear it again!
Jace was very helpful, my necklace was not able to be repaired but he found me another chain that would be durable and long lasting. I am very pleased with the new chain.
He fixed my special necklace within less than a week! Amazing prices! Super kind hearted man! Good customer service! No place was going to fix my necklace and I almost lost hope, but JLR jewelers on regent fixed it for me!! I am overjoyed!
