Second year using JL Pressure Washing and second year being amazed at the great work they do! They were even able to get the dark rust off of my driveway and make it look new again. Excellent company!!! Would highly recommend!
They just did our bldg. In Marcliffe just today, left about 1.5 hours ago. Per usual this is how they clean. Our HOA bids these guys. Guess you get what you pay for? It Took them a year to fix the eaves they knocked out from two years ago, that was last year. Also, they pulled out of here early on last Fri. show Saturday. Debris left all over the walkway. This company is a joke! Don't use them.

Cleaned the side of our condo building. Looked great but when ask to clean the dirt from the walkway carpet they stated they don't get paid to clean carpets. I told them they were not dirty until they washed dirt / pollen off sides of building on to the carpet. Why clean one area if it only soils another area. I would not recommend these guys if you have to CLEANUP after them.
