Bought a bike from J&L beautifull bike as described by laurence,took the time to run through the bike with you showed you how to use all things on it.Laurence and his staff are all polite and very friendly.If your looking for an excellent Ducati bike i highly recommend travelling to Carlisle to J&L Motorcycles to buy an excellent bike in perfect condition and get well looked after Thanks all
Rude staff, just came into have a look around as I’m into Ducati bikes. But I guess staff didn’t like that and was trying to get me out of the store 10 mins before closing. Made me feel like I wasn’t welcome.
Was passing through Carlisle en route to a Scottish motorcycle trip when I picked up a puncture. I’d done a temporary repair but needed a new tyre urgently. Even though J&L’s website said they were closed on Mondays, I rang and got through to Charlotte, who was super helpful and said if I could get there in 15 minutes, they’d squeeze me in. Many thanks to the team for repairing a puncture, we had been doing a short tour of the lake district before heading to Ireland for the NW200, unfortunately I picked up a nail in my nearly new tyre, I temporarily patched it and popped into the shop, the guys dropped what they were doing and got me back on the road! Excellent service at a reasonable price!
