I wouldn't put nothing in these storage units. I live next door and I can tell you these units have rodents, roaches and other insects. As another review pointed out Baldwin is low lands so there's the possibility of flooding your stuff. The new owners talked trash about how the previous owner did nothing and I can assure you they have only painted 1 unit since buying the property, as you can see from the picture I'm posting they let the weeds grow up in front of the units which brings more insects especially ants and roache... read more
