Atrocious. Waited 6 months for my bi-pap and they blamed Dr at first who showed me she sent proper authorization. After finally getting supplies a few months (man what a hassel ordering, same woman for months pretends not to hear my call and hangs up, only for me to have to call back to get another) they stop again and say they’ll contact me why.
