Canceled and closed account in 1/26 on 9/1/26 recieve collections call for $14 mind you not 1 bill received for that $14 for 6 months. Payed the collection agency by phone then after that i call J&l wait on phone for 15 minutes to finally get someone who couldn't help me make sure I was totally done with this account. How did that go? I got hung up on. I hate them.
I can't get my problems resolved as my CPAP is not usable.
Very helpful and so pleasant. Much better than my visit 5 years ago.
