Customer service was excellent as well as with ordering the devices I needed. Picking up my equipment, I was fully shown how to use it. Thank you for excellent service
After leaving the hospital to some huge life changes, the staff of J & L Medical have helped make these changes a bit less stressful. From the office workers, taking my oxygen orders and helping me figure out how many tanks I need when you are still active, to answering my crazy questions. Only because I cannot give zero. Very deceptive watch what you are being charged for not honest. Will never use again
J&L medical services are very nice and professional setup. Today, I had a visit at their Fairfield CT office. I feel very honored to write something about Ms. Lindsay Nelson who is the respiratory therapist there. Lindsay is a very pleasant and a helpful person. I had an ongoing issue for quite some time. She listened to that very carefully and tried to solve my problem as efficiently as she could. I wish her the best in her career. God bless
