Do not do anything with this company, worst customer service .they cannot even answer a phone let alone get the billing right. Time to call consumer protection and medicare,this place is a joke beware!1 hr wait still no one answers the phone.If I could give you 0 stars I would.
Beware: getting the machine is easy and they tell you one thing about using it, but mean another. Customer service is very rude. They try to talk down to you if you have a question. They also try to put any and all fault away from them and on to you. They will not call you if there is an issue, but they will let you or your insurance rack up a bill. If there is a choice use a different company or make sure they explain everything to you and have in writing they will call you if there is an issue. Learn from my mistake.
Sarah was professional in her teaching me the procedures to keep the machine working properly. It was an excellent way to make sure I get the best support and keep my health in check
Customer service was excellent as well as with ordering the devices I needed. Picking up my equipment, I was fully shown how to use it. Thank you for excellent service
