Absolutely wonderful staff, the owner went out of his way to see if he could get me a cheaper rate on car insurance and was able to cut my rate in half by changing company's. Highly recommend!

They are really nice at J. L. Massie. If you have questions, they will answer it or call you back. My husband and I had a tree fall on our home. We had J. L. Massie, do an assessment and got the check within 3 weeks. The only problem I wonder is if the cost of building the room is more expensive, will I the insurance pay up.
