They are really nice at J. L. Massie. If you have questions, they will answer it or call you back. My husband and I had a tree fall on our home. We had J. L. Massie, do an assessment and got the check within 3 weeks. The only problem I wonder is if the cost of building the room is more expensive, will I the insurance pay up.

Old agent we’ve been with for over 15 years sold his book to this guy and retired. My wife is a travel nurse and currently in we are in Nc and go back and forth regularly. Had a problem with the house and made a claim. Weeks after the claim, we received a letter that our insurance was being canceled since we don’t occupy the home everyday.
