I am new to the power-pole community, I was installing a used unit on my boat, so it needed some new parts. From sales to support I can not say enough great things about the people and the company itself. I am blown away at how they support their customers and products. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my boating life. Thank you again JL Marine.
Wondering if JL is still in business. There phone line won’t accept calls and their web page live chat isn’t available and i don’t see any way to contact them.
The circuit board is a known problem I have replaced 4 since purchasing my power poles. At first they admitted there is an issue with them a did warranty the first 2 boards. The next two boards were out of warranty and power pole ( JL Marine ) offer new boards at half price. Now I have another one out and not working. I called Friday August 22nd and was on hold for over an hour and finally had to hang the phone up. Monday August 25th the same thing could not get any one on the phone. Very unhappy Customer!
JL Marine Systems Inc Is one of the better companies to do Business with. They still know what customer service should be. Seems to me they Go above and beyond to satisfy and help their customers and they back their products. Awesome company To do business with. I have many friends I’ve recommended power poles to, and they have purchased from them. Cannot recommend this company enough Thank y’all
By far the best customer service in the business in person everyone was super helpful and resourceful will never do business anywhere else
