I have never experienced customer service at this level. Holy cow blew my mind sent off a unit that i messed up by charging the battery while the unit was plugged in. Sent me a brand new unit and new remotes. This company is A PLUS and i cannot express that enough. WOW WOW AND TY EVERYONE AT JL MARINE.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! So far I'm extremely Disappointed in how my purchase of powerpoles have gone. Spent over $4K and had things Missing from the sealed box!! After nunerous phone calls was sent some parts and STILL had things not included. Now after more phone calls I HAD TO PAY FOR THOSE PARTS and went with 2 day shipping so that I could FINALLY get my boat together and wellp 2 days Later STILL no parts... finally got an email today(the 2 day mark) saying that they've been shipped. I originally gave 2 stars because Jared was going to let me pick up my circuit board 15 min later than they close, yet here I am trying to call him for 20 minutes and no one is answering and gate is locked. I will never purchase from this company. I’m a little bummed. I bought a boat with a 10ft pole and the circuit board was bad. This is a known issue and see it everywhere online.
