Very disappointing. I have tried but after owning 4 powerpole units in my time not one has ever lasted. Always motherboards and that's all anyone on the forums talk about. Standing behind your product isn't just selling replacement parts. It's making it right with the ones that spent there hard earned cash to build your name. I stood behind this brand for many years advertising the brand on my rigs but I think it's time for a brand change. Best customer service in the marine industry probably any other industry for that matter. Had an issue with my trolling motor was on with a tech within five minutes. They walked me through the troubleshooting. We found it was an issue with the control board. I had a new one sitting on my front porch the next morning. Their engineering is so superb. It was a simple install really anybody could do it Power-Pole A+, plus plus plus plus plus
Jason at the parts desk, Joe the parts manager and Dan Benson are such fantastic people at this company. Power Pole is a great company, with friendly knowledgeable people, and their products are superior as well. I have their power pole anchor, and their power pole move trolling motor. They’ve been flawless so far and I use my boat as a tool when I’m running charters. Highly recommend their products. Great customer service as well.
