The service from this company is truly unmatched. I came in with pumps that weren’t working and met Jason, who was absolutely incredible. He had them rebuilt and working within minutes. Even though I was out of warranty, he went above and beyond to offer me a discount to help with the cost. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and the Power-Pole team. Thanks guys
I bought a used powerpole from a Facebook post. It was old but in pretty good shape. I pulled my boat into the JL Marine distribution warehouse in Tampa to have it fitted for a bracket to mount to my jack plate. Mike looked at it and knew exactly what I needed. I went inside and Jason hooked me up with everything I needed. He gave me a discount. Even gave me a new pump motor because he said mine was old. He even gave me a qt of fluid and a remote. I wish everyone had this kind of customer service. Super great people. They wi... read more

The Amazing folks at power pole have helped me out above and beyond and I would like to say thank you! I use my anchor 4 days a week and it takes abuse and never let's me down! Customer for life
I run 10' Power-Pole Blades on my boat, and of everything on the boat that ever needs service, JL Marine Systems is by far the easiest and most professional company I’ve dealt with. Shipping is always fast. When I call, I actually get a live person in Tampa, FL—not a phone tree. They know the product, they take care of you, and they stand behind what they sell. Whenever other fishermen ask about my Power-Poles, I tell them the same thing: the anchors are great, but the service from JL Marine is what really sets them apart. H... read more
I had a great experience with the team at Power-Pole and wanted to give a shoutout to Jerrod and Jason for taking such good care of me. I was having an issue with one of my Power-Pole pumps, so I called in and spoke with Jerrod. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got a repair ticket set up for me right away. When I brought the pumps in, Jason helped me at the service desk and was just as knowledgeable and helpful. Jason went through both of my pumps, repaired the one I was having an issue with, and even went thro... read more
