Jason at the parts desk, Joe the parts manager and Dan Benson are such fantastic people at this company. Power Pole is a great company, with friendly knowledgeable people, and their products are superior as well. I have their power pole anchor, and their power pole move trolling motor. They’ve been flawless so far and I use my boat as a tool when I’m running charters. Highly recommend their products. Great customer service as well.
Poor Customer Service.
I am new to the power-pole community, I was installing a used unit on my boat, so it needed some new parts. From sales to support I can not say enough great things about the people and the company itself. I am blown away at how they support their customers and products. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my boating life. Thank you again JL Marine.
