It's rare to find a company that stands behind a product. Jl marine systems has earned my respect. My power pole blade stopped working due to the mother board relay sticking. I called and spoke with Paul, he guided me with trouble shooting the the unit step by step. Determined it was the board that was bad. Pual overnighted me a replacement that I installed and just like that, it was fixed. Thank you so much Paul, it was a pleasure to do buisness with JL Marine Systems.
I have a 2003 triton boat center console.22.5 foot Power poles where dealer installed. Best customer service ever.Colby assisted me with my broken Blade power pole. I received the part in two days with some tool that made it easier to install. I can't thank them enough.
Incredible customer service from start to finish. I sent Power Pole a broken pump for repair, and from the very first call the experience was outstanding — clear communication, professional, and they set the right expectations every step of the way. The pump was returned to me practically brand new, and within 24 hours of them receiving it. On top of that, they included a bottle of hydraulic fluid so I could top it off when it arrived.
