Edited after calming down and talking with some of their people. Going to 3 stars not 1. Will see how things go moving forward. Poles have worked really well so far. Note- I didn't ask to get my purchase $$ back- I asked that the person be held accountable for lying. Previous post- So far I'm extremely Disappointed in how my purchase of powerpoles have gone. One of my lines busted and I need to order parts. I thought I could just call but I’ve been on hold for almost 30min and there is no way to email them that I can find on the website. Looks like the only way I’m going to get parts is if I drive up to Brandon or have to take my boat to a dealer. Some people rave about their customer service but so far it’s been non existent.
