Picked up our new boat and advised them of a few missing things (that were missing but part of a package) and was informed they would ship it to us as the parts were back ordered. After waiting several months and then reaching out, they said they had it there and was going to mail it, but never came. Contacted them again after another month or two and they said they lost it due to it dropping behind something, but that they would ship it out that day, again, never came. TOTAL SCAM! They took my money and sent me an order confirmation then nothing ever happened. They don't have a phone number and don't answer emails

I ordered a new motor for our 40 year old aluminum fishing yacht. It took about 2 weeks to get the motor. They called and scheduled an appointment to have the motor fitted. Of course, when the day comes to get the motor installed it's 95°F outside. I felt for him, but he put her right on and fired it up. The prop had to be ordered separate. We had one ordered, but low and behold they didn't have one... The owner's were nice enough to drop it off at my house a week later when it did come in. 10/10. Service was above and beyon... read more
