I really don't understand all the negative reviews. Is J&L perfect? No! Is any place? HELL NO! J&L is one of the best places I have worked. I am in it for the long haul. They are a family oriented business. But don't take advantage of the good-hearted nature. The team is great to work with. It's literally working with family.
